ACHIEVEMENTS IN 2014

The organisation in 2014 has been able  to implement the following:

• Conducted 25 Home based care outreach visits to a number of 100 patients at the hospital and house hold level in Kagera Region 
• Area reached were,Kanyangereko,Ndorage,Ihangiro,Sengerema,Bwanjai,Kikukwe
• ,Kazinga,Kaagya,Burugo,Ibura,Ntoma,Kashura,BLSS;Makongora
• ,Kaibanja,Kanazi,Kitahya,Ngando,Kanyigo,JOcuCO;Buyango,Kagondo 

   
Built internal capacity of organisation 20 members on improving service delivery,

• The members were from Bukoba municipality and Bukoba  

 Conducted advocacy buy in meetings to a number of 25 rural stations covering a number of 25,000 people 6 Districts of Kagera Region.

Area reached were:

• Ndorage,Ihangiro,Sengerema,Bwanjai,Kikukwe
• ,Kazinga,Kaagya,Burugo,Ibura,Ntoma,Kashura,BLSS;Makongora
• ,Kaibanja,Kanazi,Kitahya,Ngando,Kanyigo,JOcuCO;Buyango,Kagondo 

 Supported 300 people from marginalised groups in Geita Region and Kagera
 Areas reached:

• Geita
• Sengerema
• Muleba 

Conducted 3 quarterly and one annual meetings

• The meeting was done in  Bukoba   Municipality.
